Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell anything, and the chat widget on our site (and on the sites we build) never sends your questions anywhere.

What we collect

• Care Plan accounts: your email address, the industry you pick, and your subscription status. Stored with Supabase.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares your name, email, and payment status with us.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the conversation in our mailbox (Zoho Mail) so we can do the work you asked for.
• Free audit tool: the website address you enter is sent to our server so it can fetch that public page and score it. We don't store the result or tie it to you.
• Visit statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page, referring site, country, and device type.
• Hosting logs: our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

What we don't do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No selling or renting your information.
• The chat widget runs entirely in your browser. Your questions are not transmitted or recorded.

How we use it

To deliver what you signed up or paid for, send the Care Plan briefings you signed up for, answer your emails, and keep the site secure. If we contact a business about our services, we use only publicly listed business contact details, and every message includes a way to opt out.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe or cancel at any time. Email team@sitefresh.co to see, correct, export, or delete your data, and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Service providers

Supabase (accounts), Stripe (payments), Zoho (email), Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and notify subscribers by email.
